Tour inclusions

• Return economy class group airfare as per our tour guidelines.  
• All the local taxes and services are to be paid as of 1st September 2023.
• Cost of Visa and Medical Insurance for the entire duration of the tour.  
• Sightseeing and accommodation as per the guidelines as mentioned above of the tour.
• All transfers and extensive excursions with entrance fees (as specified in the tour guidelines) by a deluxe air-conditioned coach. 
• Services of a professional, friendly, multilingual Tour Manager or a local Representative. (Subject to a minimum of 15 customers). 

Tour exclusions 

• If you wish to travel in advance i.e., before our published departure date as mentioned in the brochure, or if you like to come back on a later date after the planned tour ends, there will be an additional charge that will be applicable for these changes in the plan (subject to availability of seats for the given dates & ticket validity) which will be advised to you by our sales staff/travel agent. Kindly note, that the deviation will be actioned only 30 Days before our departure date. 
• Tipping is expected from anyone providing you the services e.g., Coach Driver, Local Guides, Hotel & Restaurant staff, etc. This aspect is mandatory, to tip a nominal amount of EUR 3 per person/per day. For the entire duration of this tour, which is 15 Days, the total Tips amount is estimated to be EUR 45 per person to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
• The cost of the Basic Travel Quota is equivalent to USD 250,000. 
• Any increase in the airfare, that is charged by the airline on your air ticket (presently calculated as of 1st September 2023)
• Government Taxes are applicable as extra charges. 
• The tour cost does not include any charges for POE and passport. No porterage here is included. 
• Any expenses of a personal nature like porterage, laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food, and drink are not on the regular menu that is provided by us, minibar, telephone calls, etc.
• Meals other than that are mentioned in your tour guidelines.
• Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees, and local guides are availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in the tour guidelines.
• Private airport transfers and the Cost of Suggested / Optional Excursions are excluded. 

Visa and passport requirements 

• Schengen Visa for Multiple entry. 
• This cost includes the entire documentation, processing, and consulate fees. 

PASSPORT

• The passport is required to be valid for a minimal duration of 6 months from our departure date.
